Missed Deliveries

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only for products that are damaged upon delivery. To be eligible for a return, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product and provide photographic evidence of the damage.

Refund Process

Refunds or replacements will be processed once the returned item is verified. Refunds will be issued within 5–7 business days to the original payment method, or as store credit in case of COD (Cash on Delivery) orders.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

• Products that show signs of misuse, tampering, or damage caused after delivery.
• Items that are reported beyond the 24-hour notification period for returns.
