2. Payments

Online payments are handled by our payment service provider. We may receive a payment status, transaction reference, and limited payment-related details, but we do not store your complete card, UPI, or banking credentials.

3. How we use information

We use your information to:

  • create and secure your account and session;
  • process payments, orders, deliveries, returns, and refunds;

  • meet legal, accounting, and regulatory requirements.

We will send promotional messages only where you have chosen to receive them, and you may opt out at any time.

4. When information is shared

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share only what is reasonably necessary with payment providers, delivery partners, hosting or email providers, professional advisers, and authorities where required by law. These providers may use the information only for the service they perform or as the law permits.

Our current service categories include Razorpay for payments, Shiprocket and its courier network for delivery, Google for optional sign-in and analytics, and email and WhatsApp providers for messages you request or permit. Hosting and service infrastructure may process information in India or other locations subject to applicable legal safeguards.

5. Cookies and local storage

Our website uses cookies or similar browser storage to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and support cart and wishlist functions. You can restrict these through your browser, but parts of the website may then stop working correctly.

Analytics is optional and is not loaded until you select “Allow analytics” in the website preference notice. Your choice is stored in your browser and can be cleared through your browser site-data controls.

6. Retention and security

We normally keep order and financial records for up to eight years; account and profile information while an account is active and for up to three years after inactivity; guest cart and session records for up to 90 days; support and return records for up to three years after closure; and security logs for up to one year. Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe. We may retain information longer where a dispute, fraud investigation, or law requires it. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

7. Your choices and rights

Subject to applicable law, you may ask to access, correct, update, or erase your personal information, withdraw consent where applicable, or raise a grievance about how it is handled. Some records may need to be retained for legal or transaction purposes.

Send a request from your registered email address to [email protected] so that we can verify and assist you. You may withdraw optional email or WhatsApp preferences through your profile or by contacting us.

8. Children's privacy

Our store is intended for people who can legally make purchases. We do not knowingly collect a child's personal information without the consent or authorisation required by applicable law.
