1. About these terms

These terms apply when you use Clutrify's website or purchase our crochet, gifting, and 3D-printed products. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Clutrify is based in Vadodara, Gujarat 390019, India.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate information and be legally able to enter into a purchase. You are responsible for activity under your account and for protecting access to your email, Google account, and active session. Please contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.

3. Products and availability

We aim to present product descriptions, dimensions, materials, and colours accurately. Handmade and 3D-printed pieces can have small variations in texture, finish, size, or colour, and screens can display colours differently. These natural differences are not defects unless the product is materially different from its description.

All products and quantities are subject to availability.

4. Orders, prices, and payment

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹). Any applicable taxes or charges will be included or shown before you confirm the order. Clutrify is not currently registered under GST and does not charge GST separately. Payments are processed online through Razorpay using the methods displayed by Razorpay during checkout. Cash on delivery is not available.

An order is accepted when we confirm it. We may cancel an order before dispatch if an item is unavailable, pricing or product data is clearly incorrect, payment fails, the address cannot be served, or fraud is reasonably suspected. Any captured payment for a cancelled order will be refunded.

5. Delivery

We currently deliver within India and offer complimentary standard shipping. Processing and delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. Full information is available in our Delivery & Return Policy.

Please provide a complete, accurate address and reachable contact details. Additional costs caused by an incorrect address or a refused delivery may be charged where permitted by law.

6. Changes and cancellation

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Customer-requested cancellation is available only before processing begins and cannot be guaranteed after that point.

7. Returns, replacements, and refunds

Damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially misdescribed products should be reported as soon as reasonably possible, preferably within 24 hours of delivery, with the order number and clear photos or video. A delay does not remove a remedy available under applicable law. Eligibility, verification, and refund timing are explained in our Delivery & Return Policy.

Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

8. Acceptable use and intellectual property

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape it in a way that disrupts the service, or use it for unlawful activity. Website content, branding, designs, and media are owned by or licensed to Clutrify and may not be copied or commercially reused without permission.

9. Third-party services and liability

Payments, authentication, and delivery may rely on third-party providers and their services may occasionally be interrupted. To the extent permitted by law, Clutrify is not responsible for losses that are indirect, unforeseeable, or caused solely by matters outside our reasonable control. This does not exclude liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any right you have to approach a consumer commission or another competent authority, courts in Vadodara, Gujarat will have jurisdiction.

11. Changes and contact

We may update these terms as our store or legal obligations change. The version posted when you place an order will apply to that order.
